We are able to Deliver goods to England Free of Charge. If you would like your items to be delivered any where outside England, ring first before making any purchase so that our sales team can quote you the fee that applies to your area. However, Headboards are delivered free of charge anywhere in the UK.
Delivery times will depend on the product and manufacturer however most Items are delivered within 3-7 working days. You would normally receive a call or email to notify you of a delivery date. Please make sure that there is someone to receive the goods.
Next Day Delivery
Only available on selected products. Orders need to be received (Mon-Thurs) before 1pm for the product/s to be delivered on the next working day. Next Day Delivery is not available on weekends. Orders received after 1pm Thursday will be delivered 3-7 Working days. If you would prefer to receive your item/s on a different date, please leave a message in the message box provided.
Available on selected Divan beds only. Orders need to be received(Mon-Wed) before 1pm. Orders received after 1pm Wednesday will be delivered 3-7 Working Days.
Please notify us within 48 hours if you would like to change your items delivery date. If you happen to miss your delivery a charge of £30 would apply to rearrange a redelivery.
Please notify us of any height, weight and parking instructions for your area at least 24 hours before your delivery so appropriate arrangements can be made
Before signing the delivery note make sure you check that everything is ok as this is a confirmation that all items have been delivered to you undamaged. We will not accept any claims for damaged goods once you have signed for your order.
Should you decide to return an Item a charge of £50 for collection would apply.
Please not that our drivers are not allowed to assemble orders. It’s the customers responsibility to assemble the order.
It is the customer’s responsibility to organise the removal of their unwanted furniture
For Health and Safety reasons, goods can only be delivered to the grond floor rooms. If you live in an apartment or a block of flats, the delivery driver will deliver to the lobby of the building only. Should our delivery driver agrees to assist you transfer the order to another room , it will be done at your own risk.
